Marcel enjoyed a long career in transportation. He’s a result-oriented leader with 27 years of commercial and operational experience within Cargo, Passenger and Engineering & Maintenance businesses. Defined and implemented strategic business plans. Achievements related to business turnarounds, revenue improvement and change management. Marcel moved to Transavia in January 2020, which was going to be the best year ever. Then the Coronavirus entered the world, and his focus became leading his company through this crisis. With his analytical skills, his innovative approach and his enthusiastic personality he manages this challenge in a complex and continuously changing environment.
